Located just off of Interstate 65, 1 mile North of the Taylorsville/Edinburgh exit, on U. S. 31. From I-65 at the Taylorsville/Edinburgh exit, head north on U. S. 31 to the second stop light, turn left to the Double Y Saddle Club in Edinburgh, Indiana. You will see the Saddle club campground located on your left.
DETAILS: 2nd Annual 2008 Common Ground Double Y Saddle Club Bluegrass Festival.
This year 100% of the festival proceeds will be going to help flood victims in the central Indiana area, who were ravaged by the June 2008 flood. Please come out and help us help our neighbors who need us in this time of disaster. This is what bluegrass is all about folks. Every single penny of your money will be going to the Columbus Love Chapel and the Edinburgh Cheer Fund for local flood victims. Canned food and monetary donations will be accepted.
ADMISSION:
*$5.00: 16 years and up.
*FREE: 15 years and under.
ACTIVITIES:
*Horse drawn wagon rides
*Cotton Candy.
*Food will be available at the concession stand.
*Enjoy some of Pumphrey’s famous (hit and miss) ice cream.
*Corn Hole Tournament.
*Numerous door prize drawings will be held throughout the entire day.
*It is our goal that everyone who attends the festival will win at least 1 door prize sometime during the day.

COMMENTS: Visitors are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, and their musical instruments for parking lot jam sessions.
There will be a slow jam for individuals who are just starting out in bluegrass music. It’s intention is for those who can’t quite keep up with faster bluegrass tunes. Everything will be played at a much slower, comfortable pace so that they may join in, practice and learn.
